After you pay, email your essay and details to hello@proboknow.org.
Step 3
Get written feedback
Your feedback arrives by email.
Our process
- Add your service to your cart and check out. Your purchase never expires, so you can submit your essay whenever you are ready.
- Send us your essay and your completed intake form.
- Standard turnaround is 48 hours. It starts when we receive your essay and details, or at payment if that comes later.
- Need it sooner? Rush add-ons are $5 for 24-hour turnaround or $15 for 12-hour turnaround. Each add-on is for one essay. After you pay, email hello@proboknow.org and say which essay each rush is for. Rush is subject to capacity, and the rush fee is refunded if we miss the promised turnaround.
- Unused purchases or packages are not refundable.
- We never guarantee an admissions result.
- We are an affordable expert second set of eyes, not a replacement for a counselor.
